About The Position

Link Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator (Senior-Level) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA. U.S. Citizen with a Secret Clearance Must have an IAT Level II certification equivalent or higher Non-remote (relocation incentive available) The Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting the US Army’s Southeastern Regional Network Enterprise Center at Fort Stewart, GA. In this mission‑critical role, the Administrator will design, implement, and secure enterprise‑level Government IT systems that directly support Army operations. The position offers hands‑on involvement with modern infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity‑focused system design, and highly available enterprise environments. Working closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams, the Administrator will ensure systems are securely deployed, optimized for performance, and maintained to DoD standards. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen with a Secret Clearance
  • IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
  • Eight (8+) years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of IT Infrastructure and Business Analysis.
  • Knowledge of Windows servers, including Windows PowerShell, Active Directory, and GPO.
  • Working knowledge of virtualized environments (VMWare, Linux, etc.) Windows Server 2012 (or higher) Operating System Certification.
  • Experience supporting the migration of on‑premises systems and services to cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Government‑authorized cloud platforms)
  • Hands‑on experience providing cloud administrator support, including managing cloud resources, access controls, security configurations, and service availability
  • Familiar with network vulnerability scanners (e.g, Retina, ACAS, Nessus).

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, user access management, and coordination with development and infrastructure teams
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support enterprise Print, Network Access (NPS/RADIUS), and DHCP services in Windows/Linux environments.
  • Manage print infrastructure, including print servers (e.g., PrintLogic), printer deployments, drivers, queues, access controls, troubleshooting, monitoring, and lifecycle patching.
  • Administer Network Policy Server (NPS) integrated with Active Directory to enforce secure VPN, Wi‑Fi, and wired (802.1X) network access.
  • Install, configure, and maintain DHCP services, including scopes, failover, security controls, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Install, administer, and maintain physical and virtual servers, operating systems, storage, and supporting infrastructure in compliance with security baselines.
  • Maintain system stability through proactive monitoring, patch remediation, and cybersecurity compliance activities.
  • Support Active Directory, systems management platforms, messaging systems, clustering services, and backup/restoration operations.
  • Manage enterprise data backups and assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and change records.
  • Support cloud migration efforts, including technology integration, decommissioning legacy systems, and documentation.
  • Maintain databases required for mission or enterprise operations.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support enterprise infrastructure operations.
