Requirements
- 2+ years of systems or network administration experience
- Nutanix or virtual environment experience
- Security or project management experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or similar certification
Responsibilities
- Administer servers, networks, virtual environments, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Maintain strong cybersecurity controls, firewall monitoring, certificates, and security policies
- Monitor system performance and minimize network downtime
- Manage disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation
- Assist with network upgrades, audits, and vendor coordination
- Provide internal IT support and escalated troubleshooting as needed
