MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT Maintains administrative accounts, to include system access and LDAP Service Accounts as well as creates and maintains Security Groups. Provide technical support in the management of Solarwinds, Redhat Servers, Windows server patching. Provide Tier 2/3 administration, operations, and maintenance support to include UC related services such as ISE, T-Metrics COAS, SFTP backup servers and Solarwinds. Schedule, perform and maintain deliverables for STIG for UC Services including Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Meeting sever, Cisco Contact Center Express, various Cisco Routers and Gateways, Solarwinds, Redhat, Cisco ISE and COAS. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Minimum/General Experience: This position requires a minimum of five years experience, of which at least three years must be specialized experience in administrating computer systems. General experience includes operations experience on a large-scale computer system or a multi-server local area network Certifications: DoDD 8570.01 IAT-II (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE), VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure certification and/or VMWare Professional (VCP) Ver 6.0 or newer. CCNP Security certification strongly desired. Clearance: Secret TESA eligibility/certification required. Required Experience: 6+ years of directly related professional work experience. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software engineering/programming, management, natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics or business/finance. Education and experience requirements may be substituted with: A Master’s Degree (in subjects described above) 4+ years of related professional work experience. No degree and 11+ years of related professional experience. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
