About The Position

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems and platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, Leap and other Salesforce connected applications. This role ensures that applications, users, data, and integrations operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently to support a 200+ employee organization. This role will work closely with sales, inside sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead management, customer engagement, and service workflows across our organization. The ideal candidate is Salesforce-certified, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, validation rules), and security
  • Experience supporting sales-driven environments with high lead volume
  • Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite with cross-functional business teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the home improvement, construction, or related service-based industry
  • Tableau or Salesforce analytics experience
  • Skilled in connecting applications to the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Leap SalesPro experience is desired
  • Experience supporting Field Service, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments to support sales and service operations
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Configure and optimize customer lifecycle processes relevant to home improvement projects
  • Build and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and automation to support sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across customers, project, and lead records
  • Partner with sales, customer service, and field operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Support contact center workflows including speed to lead, call tracking, and reporting
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
  • Participate in release management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor Salesforce release updates for potential impact to current features & functionality
  • Continued growth and training on the Salesforce ecosystem, i.e., trailhead training, certifications, etc.
