We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about learning new technologies and building software to build a monster ecommerce company. Requirements

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT environments.
  • Experience managing SaaS application access using IAM best practices, including RBAC, SSO integrations, and automated provisioning workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management, including: MDM administration in Intune and Jamf, device imaging using MDT and Autopilot, patch management for end-user devices, and application packaging and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of core Microsoft enterprise technologies: Entra ID/Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Exchange.

  • Engage stakeholders to identify root issues and develop solutions that remove blockers and improve workflows.
  • Stay informed on current and emerging technologies, evaluating how they align with our environment, maturity roadmap, and business goals.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively when describing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical or cross-team dependencies.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset in day-to-day work and during challenges.
