ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Administrator . Responsibilities: Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements and updates to improve reliability, security, and performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Proficient with Linux Minimum of 2 years Linux system administration experience. Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources. VM experience Security + cert Stand up and configure Linux servers. Apply patches and upgrades. Troubleshoot server issues. Administer customer accounts. Deploy monitoring tools. Deploy applications and tools. Assist with escalated customer tickets.

Requirements

  • Must currently possess an active NSA TS/SCI with FS Polygraph to be considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • 15 years’ experience as a SA in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Linux system administration background.
  • Knowledge of physical and virtual servers (rack/stack, network, build, deploy, etc.)
  • Knowledge of log aggregation applications
  • Proficient with Linux
  • Minimum of 2 years Linux system administration experience.
  • Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.
  • VM experience
  • Security + cert
