HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers. ● Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts. ● Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. ● Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns. ● Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ● Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

Nice To Haves

Preferred Skills: Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service
Certification: IAT Level 1
