M365 Systems Administrator We have an opportunity for an M365 System Administrator to join our IT team in Tacoma, Washington, reporting to the Director IT, Infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and email services across commercial and GCC High environments, with a strong focus on automation, security, and reliable service delivery. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional IT teams, you will drive seamless user and device lifecycle management, enable secure collaboration, and ensure highly available communication platforms while leveraging automation and AI‑driven efficiencies to improve operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years’ experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 commercial cloud and GCC High
  • Hands-on expertise in Intune and Jamf device management
  • Proven user and device lifecycle management in Microsoft environments
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online, Proofpoint, and email infrastructure
  • IAM experience (Okta or similar)
  • Teams Room and Teams Phone deployment/management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Automation skills (PowerShell, Graph API) or AI agent creation experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services across commercial and GCC High environments
  • Manage user and device lifecycle with Intune and Jamf for Windows and macOS
  • Oversee Exchange Online, Proofpoint, and email infrastructure
  • Deploy and manage Teams Rooms and Teams Phone systems for seamless collaboration
  • Implement and maintain IAM solutions (e.g., Okta) for secure authentication and access
  • Develop automation scripts and AI agents to streamline IT operations
  • Ensure security and regulatory compliance across all M365 services
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance the digital employee experience
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365, automation, and security best practices
