About The Position

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. (LHG) is seeking Systems Administrator II (Contingent Upon Award) to provide technical support for enterprise and stand-alone systems, supporting system availability, troubleshooting, and security compliance in a DoD environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in systems administration, to include experience with help desk related support, for example troubleshooting stand-alone laptops, is preferred.
• Must hold one of the following certifications (Required skill): CompTIA Security+ CE (Security+ CE) CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) Certified Network Defender (CND)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret clearance| Interim acceptable at award
• Willingness to travel to up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Provide systems administration and help desk support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Support stand-alone laptops and enterprise systems.
• Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes.
• Assist with system documentation and compliance activities.
• Support users and maintain system performance and reliability.
