They will collaborate with End Users, Local Leadership, and IT stakeholders to create/implement solutions that will meet business needs and follow established guidelines. They will lead or assist in the planning and execution of projects within the end user workspace, including areas such as compute, end user devices, and location infrastructure.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
  • 1-3 Years experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associates/2-year Technical
  • 3-5 Years experience
  • Applicable Technical Certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications in office-based technologies

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with leadership and staff at assigned locations.
  • Understand high-level business functions from an IT perspective.
  • Keep abreast of technology in use at assigned locations.
  • Liase between OpCo leadership, staff and Corporate IT for infrastructure and end user IT related functions.
  • Leverage relationships to ensure best practices and company standards are observed.
  • Lead or assist with projects and initiatives including system conversions, device and infrastructure lifecycle management and new technology implementations. Responsibilities may include planning, end user coordination, change management, implementation tasks and training/orientation of users.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to OpCo infrastructure, systems and support.
  • Attend P1/P2 critical incident calls for supported locations. Provide information regarding business impact. Make recommendations regarding proposed solutions.
  • Serve as a point of escalation and coordination for end user, business impacting issues.
  • Provide timely resolution of assigned L2/L3 incidents.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
