About The Position

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. (LHG) is seeking Systems Administrator II (Contingent Upon Award) to provide technical support for enterprise and stand-alone systems, supporting system availability, troubleshooting, and security compliance in a DoD environment. Key Responsibilities Provide systems administration and help desk support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues. Support stand-alone laptops and enterprise systems. Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes. Assist with system documentation and compliance activities. Support users and maintain system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in systems administration, to include experience with help desk related support, for example troubleshooting stand-alone laptops, is preferred.
• Must hold one of the following certifications (Required skill): CompTIA Security+ CE ( Security+ CE ) CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst ( CySA+ ) Cisco Certified Network Associate Security ( CCNA Security ) Systems Security Certified Practitioner ( SSCP ) GIAC Security Essentials Certification ( GSEC ) GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional ( GICSP ) Certified Network Defender ( CND )
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret clearance| Interim acceptable at award
• Willingness to travel to up to 20%
