About The Position

Key Responsibilities (note: this is an on-site position - not remote): - Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems. - Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems. - Maintain workstation images and deploy new workstations as needed to branch locations - Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person. - Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards. - Test and install software patches, firmware upgrades, operating system upgrades/patches to workstations and other network joined systems using endpoint management system.
