About The Position

Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Systems Administrator supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide. This position offers an opportunity to begin a career in systems administration supporting critical Navy maintenance systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Note: Position supports NMMES software suite which includes both legacy software applications and current web application technologies running on multiple operating systems. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in systems administration while supporting mission-critical Navy systems. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Up to 7 years of experience in systems administration
  • Basic knowledge of system administration principles
  • Understanding of computer operating systems
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances
  • Must be willing to work occasional off-hours as needed
  • Must maintain system security awareness

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems
  • Support mainframe, mini, or client/server based systems
