About The Position

Think that’s cool? Keep reading: The Role This position will report to the Infrastructure Manager and will be responsible for network administration. This role will be responsible overseeing the day-to day management and governance of the 3rd party infrastruture providers, ensuring performance across the networking tower. The networking tower includes oversight of the hardware and software for: routers, switches, firewalls, circuts, load balancer, telephoney, etc. This role will serve as the operational interface between the internal stakeholders and external vendors, while driving service excellenace, compliance, and strategic alignment to business goals. Requirements

• 6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree

Responsibilities

• Support managing contractual relationships, including SLA compliance, escalation protocols, and performance reviews.
• Support alignment with strategic roadmaps.
• Monitor and report on service uptime, incident response, and remediation processes.
• Ensure infrastructure support aligns with enterprise needs in availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Drive risk mitigation initiatives and support disaster recovery planning and testing.
