If you have hands-on programming experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant systems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements

  • Experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant programming and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Drug-free workplace.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and service smart home systems including lighting, shades, AV, security and automation.
  • Perform system updates, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system use.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
