About The Position

Are you an experienced strategist with a passion for transforming healthcare? Do you excel at building relationships and translating complex data into meaningful insights? If so, we invite you to join IU Health's System Strategy team as a Strategy Consultant. This is a full time position with hybrid requirements of in office work and travel across the state as needed. In this role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across IU Health's system, influencing decisions and shaping the future of care delivery in Indiana. As our Strategy Consultant, you will: Advise Leadership Teams: Serve as a trusted advisor to system and regional leaders, working directly to help them frame and answer their most pressing strategic questions and provide the analytic rigor and insight needed for leadership to make the best decision possible, impacting patients across Indiana. Drive Strategic Initiatives: Provide comprehensive analytic, research, and project management support for system-wide initiatives and other strategy-related projects identified by senior leadership, ensuring the successful execution of IU Health's long-term vision. Lead Strategic Planning: Own and manage the entire strategic planning process for an IU Health region. This includes analyzing the market, working with stakeholders to determine the long-term vision for the region, developing multi-year strategic roadmaps, and informing metrics to measure success. Synthesize Strategic Insights: Collaborate with internal analytics teams and transform complex data into clear, compelling strategic insights. You will continuously monitor key industry, and market trends, and present findings that inform strategic direction and decision-making. Master Executive Storytelling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations for senior management and C-suite audiences, ensuring strategic direction is clearly communicated and understood across all levels of the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Requires knowledge of business applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry issues and trends is preferred.
  • Presentation experience is preferred.
