About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced System Software Programmer – Project Lead to support mission-critical application development initiatives within a government-focused environment. This role will lead the design, development, and enhancement of large-scale systems supporting social services programs, with a strong focus on case management platforms and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET architecture
  • 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and data-driven applications
  • 5+ years of experience building web and/or Windows-based applications
  • Strong experience with N-tier architecture , scalable systems, and secure application design
  • Proven ability to lead development efforts and manage technical deliverables

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC (3+) and Entity Framework 6
  • Background in human services, child welfare, or government systems
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with performance, security, and regression testing tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET technologies
  • Develop and maintain applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET , and MS SQL Server 2019
  • Oversee system enhancements for case management platforms supporting adult and child services programs
  • Design and integrate new tools and modules into existing enterprise systems
  • Lead development of reporting solutions and federal/state compliance reports
  • Support development of bi-directional system interfaces with external agencies
  • Participate in system design, planning, and implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Provide ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and production support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical staff
