About The Position

We at Innovecture are hiring for a System Integration - HR Solutions to expand our team, this will be a remote role. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems. Requirements

• 15+ years of HR Technology / HRIS implementation and integration experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale HRIS transformations across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
• Hands-on expertise with at least two or more major HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, Dayforce, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of systems integration (SI) methodologies, middleware, and data migration best practices.
• Deep knowledge of HR business processes (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Attendance).
• Experience with merger integrations and post-acquisition platform harmonization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work with Fortune 500 and high-growth clients.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications preferred: Workday (Core HCM, Reporting, Engagement Mgmt.), PMP, SPHR/GPHR, SAP/Oracle ERP.
