About The Position

Work directly with Oracle Health IT Managed Services client to build and support server and data center infrastructure. This role involves building and supporting Windows OS virtual machines, building and supporting physical and virtual server infrastructure, and completing assigned incident management tickets. This role works directly with the client and technical teams for advanced-tier troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support VMware VCF virtualized server environments.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems.
  • Provide support and maintenance for Citrix CVAD environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 support, addressing advanced system issues.
  • Monitor system performance and perform capacity planning.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure system compliance.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and support resolutions.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
