About The Position

The Director of Talent Management is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive talent strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent across UF Health. This role leads initiatives in workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. The director collaborates with HR and operational leaders to ensure talent programs align with organizational goals and support a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a talent management leadership role.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing talent programs.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead change and influence across all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Workday is strongly preferred.
