This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of all KCTCS nursing and nurse aide programs, including academic and workforce training efforts aligned with Kentucky’s nursing healthcare pipeline. The System Associate Director of Healthcare Programs leads curriculum alignment, regulatory compliance, and key external partnerships across the system. The role serves as the primary liaison to nursing, healthcare, and educational associations ensuring employer feedback and participation into academic programs. Oversight includes programs such as Kentucky Nurse Aide Training (KNAT) and Kentucky Medical Association (KMA), healthcare vendor contracts, nursing-related grants, and alignment with clinical training requirements and nursing licensure readiness. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time
