About The Position

The System Director, Information Systems- Applications provides strategic leadership for the organization’s clinical and business application portfolio. This role oversees the full application lifecycle, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and advances digital transformation. The director partners closely with clinical, business, and IT leaders, leads a high‑performing applications team, and drives improvements in technology, workflows, and user experience to support operational efficiency and high‑quality care.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/certifications preferred).
8+ years of progressive IT experience , including 4+ years in healthcare application management or supervisory roles.
Demonstrated leadership in application strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management.
Strong experience with EHR systems, application integration, data analytics, and process automation.
Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and collaborate effectively across clinical, business, and executive stakeholders.
