About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years’ experience performing system analysis with business, clinical or administrative applications.
• 5 to 7 years of experience with Workday.
• Knowledge in Data Integration and Workflow Architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture strategies that meet business needs.
• Ensure completeness and integrity of architecture by reconciling stakeholder concerns.
• Facilitate enterprise strategy development and opportunity identification.
• Specify and design complex systems and solutions, ensuring efficient resource use.
