About The Position

VP Racing is looking for a Systems Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our business systems across Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Marketing. This position focuses on maintaining and improving Salesforce CRM, EDI integrations, Shopify platforms, and related business applications to ensure accurate data flow, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency across the organization.

This role partners closely with executive sales leadership, IT, marketing, and operations teams to develop dashboards, support integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance automation capabilities that drive business performance. The Systems Analyst works cross-functionally to ensure systems are aligned, reliable, and scalable to support VP Racing’s continued growth.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills.
• strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability.
• We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or related field AND at least two (2) years of Salesforce or related CRM experience in an administrator or systems support role ; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data cleanup tools such as Power Query
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable ERP/CRM platforms

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with IPaaS integration platforms (Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus
• Experience leveraging AI tools for analysis, automation, or productivity improvements is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce CRM, EDI systems, Shopify, and related business platforms across departments
• Partner with executive sales leadership to develop standardized reports and dashboards
• Lead data cleanup and optimization initiatives supporting sales, service, and marketing systems
• Create and maintain documentation for VP Racing’s EDI program, including integration and trading partner documentation
• Assist with troubleshooting EDI errors and system issues
• Support software integrations and collaborate with the Systems Administrator on new integrations based on business needs
• Coordinate with Marketing on backend tasks related to Shopify and Salesforce, including ERP product pushes and campaign data preparation
• Support Trackside POS transitions to Shopify, including preorder site modifications and race sales support
• Assist with operational and system support needs across the organization as required
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives
