THE ROLE As an early career technologist, y ou will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects such as: Contact Center Routing Rules Analysis : Help untangle 20K + routing rules that steer phone, email, and chat to the right associates as we build a rules intelligence layer as part of our next generation Contact Center. You’ll catalog current rules, design a simplification framework and proposal, and prototype an AI data model to translate rules to the next platform. You’ll get hands on with Amazon MemoryDB , OpenSearch, and Bedrock and drive measurable impact by cutting rule volume, accelerating business changes and improving customer experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems , Analytics or related field
- Strong system analysis capabilities and problem-solving skills
- F amiliarity with XML development
- AI /ML mindset and willingness to learn emerging technologies
