Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or Finance-related fields.
  • Proven experience as a systems analyst delivering software using Agile development practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex technology projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills with a collaborative work style.
  • Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business and technology partners.
  • Comfortable discussing trade-offs with business stakeholders.
  • Experience defining clear and concise requirements for portfolio management, trading, and/or research applications.
  • Familiarity with Oracle/SQL and other languages (e.g., Java, R); willingness to read/analyze code for analysis purposes.
  • Understanding of application technology and software architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical teams across the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating and running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and developing content for end-user training.
  • Financial services industry experience required; Managed Accounts/Wealth Management expertise from a business or technology perspective is a plus.
