About The Position

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis and system analysis to support and enhance our banking technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with digital banking solutions such as Q2, Plinkit, FIS DIB, and FIS CIB platforms. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and deep understanding of financial systems to ensure smooth integration, optimization, and innovation across our banking channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Data Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Q2, Plinkit, FIS DIB, and/or FIS CIB platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SQL, data querying, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of digital banking operations, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed system analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, integration, and automation within banking platforms.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, identify trends, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to gather and document system requirements.
• Support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of digital banking platforms including Q2, Plinkit, FIS DIB, and FIS CIB.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as data flow diagrams, process maps, and technical specifications.
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory and security standards in the banking industry.
• Provide support for platform upgrades, data migrations, and integration projects.
• Partner with data teams to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.
