This position will operate as part of the IT Business Operations Management team to support the current and future operational needs of BCBSKS. This role will handle configuration and deployment tasks for the BCBSKS Digital.AI Release Orchestration tool, as well as provide day-to-day support and system support for current and future Release tool platforms. The System Administrator will support the IT Business Operations Management team by maintaining and enhancing enterprise systems, with a focus on ServiceNow, Release, and integrated platforms such as SBM and ChangeMan.
