The System Admin is primarily responsible for the maintenance of one or more enterprise systems. They are the first line of contact and support for business users, and partner closely with the product and technology teams on system improvements. They translate business needs into end user requirements and leverage system technology to evolve and optimize steps of the business process. The SA serves in a variety of capacities including steady-state support and enhancements and supports the implementation of new systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years proven ability supporting systems/tools with an understanding of business processes
  • Experience in tool or systems management
  • Ability to collaborate with system users to interpret feedback into actionable changes
  • Excellent communication with an ability to focus on and engage people around specific topics

Responsibilities

  • Meet with partners to identify opportunities and understand end user needs for adoption.
  • Acts as authority (SME) to assess and recommend adjustments to potential business process and training materials
  • Assists in implementing and applying concepts across various functions
  • Monitor end-user communication channels, deliver training refreshers, help-desk support, and issue resolution.
  • Keep job aids and training documents up-to-date, as well as new user set-up
  • Create and maintain reports and minor configurations to user accounts, templates or system UI.
  • Raise issues to the Sr SA and product team.
  • Continuously advocate for end-users and support product teams in prioritizing product improvements post-deployment based on business needs and evolving requirements.
  • Focus on steady-state support of the system and its users
  • Testing and validation of training documents, deployment of new feature or product releases, maintenance of system post deployment
