About The Position
Administers Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backups for training/enterprise services.
Requirements
- 3–5 yrs network admin
- Routing/switching, Wi‑Fi, NAC (e.g., ClearPass).
- ServiceNow/change mgmt familiarity.
- U.S. citizenship & ability to obtain a Federal Law Enforcement background check.
Nice To Haves
- CCNA or equivalent preferred.
- Former law enforcement supervision & veterans — highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure/maintain switches/routers/firewalls (Aruba/Cisco/Fortinet).
- Monitor with SolarWinds/Orion; manage VLANs, QoS, NAC.
- Support VPN/remote access; troubleshoot performance.
- Maintain diagrams/runbooks; follow CAB/change control.
- Support VTC connectivity and surge events.
