About The Position

This position is located at Andersen AFB, Guam, and is a Full Time position. This position will report to the Site Manager. JOB SUMMARY: This is a basic level position that will lead the team in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software and administrators’ system accounts at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
• Knowledge of systems administration concepts.
• Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience desired
• Network + or Security + required within six months of employment
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work across diverse groups of people and at all levels of an organization.
• US Citizen // Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain is required
• Applicants must have a valid state driver’s license
• Passport required
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct presentations in front of senior level management and customers.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead in administering, developing, running tests on, implementing and maintaining operating systems and related software
• Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters
• Leads the team in troubleshooting and resolving software, operation system, and networking problems
• Will schedule, perform, and monitor system backups and, when necessary, perform data recoveries
• Ensures compliance with TDX’s Quality Control and Safety Programs
• Other duties as assigned by the Program manager
