The IBM (ELM) System Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: Perform all administrative functions for the IBM Engineering tools, including user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of the IBM Engineering tools. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation related to the IBM Engineering tools and processes. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of the IBM Engineering tools with other systems. Manage and maintain the DB2 database associated with the IBM Engineering tools. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date on the latest IBM Engineering tools and technologies.
