Responsibilities

  • Manages and administers Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy creation, compliance monitoring, and ongoing platform maintenance to ensure all endpoints are secure and up to date.
  • Creates, manages, and troubleshoots Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings, configurations, and standards across all firm endpoints.
  • Develops, tests, and deploys operating system images and software packages, ensuring standardized and efficient provisioning of new and existing devices.
  • Administers and supports Microsoft Teams, including user configuration, troubleshooting, and management of telephony integrations with phone line carriers.
  • Manages end user hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning, while maintaining an accurate inventory of all technology assets.
  • Coordinates with hardware and software vendors to arrange support services, manage warranty claims, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and replacement parts.
  • Plans, tests, and deploys Microsoft operating system and Office updates, upgrades, and configuration changes across the firm, communicating relevant changes to end users and technology staff.
  • Develops and maintains documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and deployment workflows.
  • Exercises sound professional judgment in resolving complex endpoint and systems issues, escalating to the appropriate support tier or vendor when necessary.
  • Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to firm operations.
  • Provides after-hours support to technology users throughout the firm by participating in an on-call rotation as needed.
