The Role You Could Play The System Administrator - People Applications is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and governance of Mecca's workforce and HR technology platforms - including UKG, Workday, HR3 and Donesafe. This role ensures application stability, data integrity, and secure access management while providing responsive support to the People and Culture team. The System Administrator will collaborate closely with application vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and enable continuous improvement through effective monitoring and process control. The People System Administrator is a hands-on technical role, sitting between application support and systems engineering, ensuring the applications' environment remains stable, secure, and optimised for Mecca's evolving business needs.
