This role requires on-site presence in Fredrick, CO, and occasionally Boulder, CO (2-4x monthly). The successful candidate will join the IT Site Support team in Frederick, CO, to drive excellence in IT Site Support, increase overall productivity and user satisfaction, and ensure business continuity. A primary responsibility is to provide a high level of hands-on support for onsite IT services to minimize business disruptions and implement new solutions. The role involves administering critical manufacturing and QC systems, providing user support, and working on IT technology project implementations in a GMP regulated environment. As part of the larger Agilent IT Infrastructure, the individual will operate with global teams of internal professionals and external consultants.
