This role is responsible for managing IT system infrastructure and associated processes, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations across client, server, storage, network, and mobile environments. The position supports Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) activities, system optimization, and secure system operations, with a strong emphasis on Linux administration, Security Technical Enforcement (STE), and System Security Plan (SSP) compliance, including vulnerability (CVE) response.
