The System Administrator is responsible for the realization of architecture strategy through the design of complex applications, which are founded on both industry and corporate standards. System Administrator is also a contributor to CPSS enterprise architecture strategy. The System Administrator works with other teams to provide technical guidance and to foster overall alignment with CPSS enterprise architecture and industry best practices. This role collaborates with Project Managers, External Vendors, IT Leadership, other administrators, and various technical team members throughout IT to develop solutions to complex business application needs and deliver, implement, and train other teams on the solutions. This individual will possess communication and technical skills along with practical experience in multiple areas within their discipline (i.e. Web, Databases or Security). The System Administrator is expected to resolve large and complex problems, challenges and issues that cross multiple teams and business units. The System Administrator is expected to serve as a subject matter expert in several areas within their architectural discipline (i.e. Applications, Data or Integrations).
