About The Position

Plan, implement, monitor and maintain the Bank’s Server and Storage infrastructure

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors in computer science or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted.
• 1-5 years supporting a corporate IT infrastructure in the role of Systems Administrator.
• Ability to be on-time and work flexible schedules
• Ability to diagnose and correct issues with the server and storage infrastructure
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects/assignments concurrently
• Have a results-oriented mentality while working with a sense of urgency
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work independently with little direction as well as part of a team

• DHCP and DNS
• Microsoft SQL
• Backup & Recovery Technologies
• Basic Knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Server & Network Monitoring Software (SNMP)

• Network Attached Storage
• VCP, MCSA, or Network+ required

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Participate in annual disaster recovery test
• Collaborate with senior administrators to optimize system performance
• Support for Desktop Team with issue resolution
• Participation in the on-call rotation
• After hours support and administration
• Other duties as assigned
• Participates in Audit/Examination activities
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Perform routine data backups
• Microsoft Exchange Online Administration
• Assist with security and vulnerability related activities
• Participate in Department/Team meetings
• Third party application support
• MDM management and support
• Cisco Wireless technologies
