About The Position

Understand the execution and settlement of New Issues with the DCM and ECM scope from pre-pricing through post-closing with the Syndicate Knowledge and expertise in SEC Registered and 144A/REGS transactions Expertise in FED wire payments (ABA/Swift) Knowledge of revenue recognition and final settlement process, performing key controls relating pre-balancing of deal, 30th day / 90th closeouts fees and disbursement of revenue payments to Syndicate members. Expertise in Cusip Setup and Common Codes from Euroclear Ensure the volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables, and the integrity of processes, Operations and associated results. Solve complex client queries, conducting due diligence activities and providing detailed analysis of issues. Efficiently manage multiple tasks, adhere to strict deadlines, and navigate complex processes in a dynamic fast-paced environment Provide back up support to team members within the Middle Office and Operations space as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of Syndicate operational experience
• Prior industry experience required (Ideally in Syndicate Markets Middle Office/Operations)
• Subject matter expertise in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products
• Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-moving environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
