About The Position
As the Sync Specialist you will assist customers with their Ford Sync and Navigation Systems. Also helping sales people stay on top of new software updates. The Sync Specialist works with both sales and service customers, you may also be driving to customer’s houses to program garage doors and train customers in the new technology. You will also be managing internet specials and updating websites.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Pass hair follicle drug test
- Self-disciplined
- Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
- Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment
