About The Position
Bluebonnet Ford is looking to add two selected individuals to our high performing sales team. We are the #1 Truck Retailer in South Texas, and we are in the top 1% of Ford dealers in the Nation. We are also the highest rated dealership in New Braunfels and San Antonio for service and sales customer satisfaction. If you believe you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, then Bluebonnet Ford might have a place for you. $6000/mo. Guarantee We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales professionals for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Must live within 25 miles of the dealership or be willing to relocate.
- Good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.
- Must have good character with no felony convictions.
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow the dealership’s sales process.
- Present and demonstrate inventory.
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
- Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification.
