About The Position

Engineer Sybase DBA Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 10+ years of professional experience in DBA with expertise in Sybase, oracle, SQL and NoSQL database. In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration, including command line operations and system troubleshooting. Extensive SQL and PL/SQL experience required. Experience in designing tables, data analysis, wiring complex queries (SQL and PL/SQL), performing tuning and table partitions. Strong knowledge of triggers, stored procedures, third part tools, and transaction monitoring. Experience with Java. SQL Tuning (within Oracle applications) , SQL traces, SQLLDR Oracle application utilities. Roles & Responsibilities Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Detail and process oriented Ability to communicate with our Business Technology partners at all levels across the organization. Strong capital markets, treasury business knowledge. Trading Environment experience. Working knowledge of trading products e.g. Derivatives, MM, ICL, FX etc Self-starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision.

Requirements
