About The Position
PIPESTONE is looking for a driven, detail‑oriented, people‑focused Swine Resource Representative to support our mission of delivering exceptional service to swine producers. As a Swine Resource Representative, you’ll be a key player in helping producers succeed every day. You will:
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in animal science or related field preferred (experience also considered)
- 2+ years in agriculture or customer‑focused roles preferred
- Ability to sit 8–10 hours/day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to participate in meetings as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Work directly with swine producers to provide product support and industry expertise
- Deliver economically smart solutions that enhance customer experience
- Coordinate product and supply deliveries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide accurate, detail‑focused service daily
- Lead projects and collaborate across teams
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
- Offer livestock industry and supply chain knowledge
- Support team communication and unity
- Assist in the warehouse by picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed
