About The Position

Country View Family Farms (CVFF) is seeking an experienced Sow Farm Manager to lead operations at a 5,000-head sow unit. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for production results, team development, animal welfare, and compliance. The Sow Farm Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager and oversees up to 21 team members. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience interpreting data and making sound operational decisions
• Commitment to animal care, welfare, and industry best practices
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays
