In this unique role, you’ll teach essential water safety and swimming skills in the pool and deliver outstanding customer service on the pool deck. Whether you're leading a class or helping families at check-in, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and rewarding experience.
Requirements
- You love working with kids and making a difference.
- You’re reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool
- Must complete our paid swim instructor training.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, proven curriculum (extensive training provided!).
- Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations.
- Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water.
- Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere — both in and out of the pool.
