About The Position
In search of: Swim Lesson Instructor - Lake Community YMCA Qualifications: At least 15 years of age Training and certification provided Responsibilities: Instructs swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines while maintain a safe environment Builds effective relationships with swimmers and parents Positive attitude and team player Attends mandatory in-service trainings Starting Wage: $11.65/hour Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
