About The Position

The Sweet Shack Server is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, thoughtfully made food and beverages in a fast-paced guest environment. This role focuses on delivering an elevated dining experience—fresh ingredients, proper presentation, and friendly, attentive service—while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. This is not traditional concession food. We focus on quality, freshness, and presentation , creating a memorable food experience that complements the overall guest atmosphere.

Requirements

Must be 21
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around hot equipment and food preparation areas

Nice To Haves

Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve freshly made menu items following established recipes and quality standards
Deliver excellent guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
Maintain high standards of food presentation, portioning, and taste
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow
Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned
Attention to detail in plating, wrapping, and overall guest experience
