About The Position

The Caddy Shack Attendant is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and stocking the golf shack and assisting with the overall readiness of the golf course for daily play. This position ensures excellent customer service for members and guests, maintains the cleanliness and functionality of equipment, and supports mini golf operations in a professional and efficient manner. This position may serve limited alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in golf operations or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and terminology is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and stage golf shack for daily use.
• Maintain and organize caddy shack areas.
• Assist golfers with the issuance of golf clubs, pricing, and provide directions or basic course information.
• Stock beverage station.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant, FEC and outside service staff to manage tee times and player flow.
• Report any mechanical issues with carts or equipment to the appropriate supervisor.
• Keep beverage stations stocked and ensure proper signage and supplies are available on the course.
• Follow all resort safety and operating procedures.
• Support special events and tournaments as needed.
