Job Summary The Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning & Technology is a senior leadership role within the Finance organization, reporting to the SVP, Strategic FP&A. This role is responsible for guiding growth priorities, assessing M&A, running scenario analyses and leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives across Finance. This includes modernizing Finance into a predictive, AI-enabled function that enhances decision-making, accelerates insights, and drives operational efficiency. The SVP will serve as a key thought partner to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that shape the company’s long-term direction. Job Description Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Growth Partner with senior leadership to define and evolve the company’s long-term strategic plan. Key strategic partner with Strategic Development organization Identify and evaluate future growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and business models. Build a robust scenario planning function to evaluate business trade-offs and run sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decision-making under varying market conditions. M&A and Investment Analysis Lead financial evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic investments. Develop comprehensive business cases, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment. Present investment recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Business Case Development & Decision Support Provide decision support through advanced analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling. Establish frameworks and standards for evaluating strategic initiatives across the organization. Leadership of Strategic Development Finance Team Lead and develop the finance team supporting the Strategic Development organization. Ensure high-quality financial insights, reporting, and partnership. AI & Automation Strategy for Finance Lead the AI & Automation team responsible for advancing transformation across Finance. Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI adoption, including prioritization of use cases and investment decisions. Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable AI implementation. Partner with Technology, Data, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into finance processes. Drive efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation through automation and advanced analytics. Champion the transformation of Finance into a predictive, AI-enabled function, embedding advanced analytics and machine learning into core financial processes and decision frameworks. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Development, Strategy, Technology, and Business Unit leaders. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic and financial matters. Influence decision-making through clear communication of complex financial and strategic insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic finance, corporate strategy, or investment analysis. Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation within Finance or enterprise functions. Proven experience in M&A, strategic planning, and financial modeling. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent executive presence and communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
