Senior Vice President (SVP), Regional Head of Sales – APAC Location: Europe (must reside near one of our European sites) Travel: Quarterly travel to the APAC region, or for business needs. The Mandate This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven executive to own, build, and scale our APAC business. As SVP, Regional Head of Sales – APAC, you will be given the autonomy and accountability to define regional sales strategy, build the sales organisation, and deliver sustained commercial growth across one of the most strategically important global markets. For the first 12 months, your core focus will be Commercial Leadership & Strategy: setting direction, establishing priorities, targeting the right territories, and laying the foundations for long-term success. This role is suited to a senior CRO/CDMO leader with deep APAC knowledge, strong cultural fluency, and the confidence to operate with both corporate discipline and entrepreneurial drive. Role Overview As a senior member of the global commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading the APAC sales organisation, promoting end-to-end discovery and pre-clinical development services. You will initially lead a small team (2 FTE) with a clear mandate to build, scale, and professionalise the regional sales organisation over time.
